I have always (and hopefully always will) love music of all genres but in the last 2 years especially it’s felt a bit like taking my work home with me and while I still enjoy music when I am relaxing at home or cooking, when traveling I always prefer a podcast.
I am still relatively new to the world of podcasts so my library is on the small side but the more I listen the more I discover. The first podcast I ever listened to (and still my favourite) was Stuff You Should Know by How Stuff Works, specifically an episode about survival cannibalism. I was hooked from that second and it didn’t take me long to get through their entire back catalogue with topics ranging from folk lore to science to history and social issues. Since then I’ve expanded my listening mainly through personal recommendation so any suggestions are welcome!
